Sebago Town Hall & Gym Rental Fee Schedule

We are pleased to offer our Town Hall, Gym, and Event Room for community recreation activities and private events. Please review the rental options and associated fees below.

Recreation Use

For casual, drop-in recreation such as: Max 5 people
  • Shooting basketball
  • Walking
  • Indoor soccer or small group games
  • General fitness or play
Fee: $7 per hour for private use
This rate is intended for individual or small-group recreational use, not private events.

Private Event Rentals

Perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, family gatherings, celebrations of life, community meetings, and other private functions.
Full-Day Rental: $150
This provides access to the space for the entire day of your event.
OR
Hour Rental: $15 per hour 
Minimum 4 hours required


Security Deposit: $150
Fully refundable after the event, provided:
  • No damages occur
  • The space is cleaned and left in the condition it was found
  • All rental policies are followed
Deposits are returned within a reasonable processing timeframe after inspection.
