All dates are approximate and subject to league schedules and participant interest. Team placement will be based on registration numbers, age, and skill level. League offerings will depend on overall participation.
1st & 2nd Grade Co-Ed Swish
Team Name: Summits
Location: Sebago Town Hall Gym
Practice & Game Schedule: Days and times to be determined
This introductory program focuses on developing fundamental basketball skills in a fun and supportive environment. Practices combine skill development activities with coach-guided full-court games. Opportunities to play against neighboring towns may be available depending on league participation and team sizes.
3rd & 4th Grade Boys & Girls
Swish (Boys)
Location: Sebago Town Hall Gym
Games: Wednesday evenings at various locations throughout the league, with some games hosted at Sebago Town Hall
Practice Start Date: No later than the first week of December
Practice & Game Schedule: Specific dates and times to be determined
Volunteer coaches continue to build players' individual basketball skills while introducing the excitement of organized league play against teams from surrounding communities.
Lady Swish (Girls)
Location: Sebago Town Hall Gym
Games: Wednesday evenings at various locations throughout the league, with some games hosted at Sebago Town Hall

Lady Shock (Girls)
Location: Sebago Town Hall Gym
Games: Saturday mornings at Lake Region Middle School
